Good news! You can now expect two new and exciting luxury apartment projects from us. One is already finishing up the processes to get started around Bole Dembel in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We call it the Diplomat Road project, and it’s expected to be completed in 2024.

Just like the rest of our luxury apartment buildings, it will be finished and furnished with high quality materials. It will have 60 units of apartments coming with different number of bedrooms and bathrooms. It will also have those luxury amenities such as an underground parking, clubhouse, a gym, and many more.

On December 25 of last year (2021) Reality Real Estate had a big ceremony celebrating the closing and project delivery of its Bole Atlas Project.

The lunch ceremony included speeches from the CEO, the first apartment buyer of the project, and other happy customers. In addition to that, high performing employees were awarded on stage and delivery contracts were signed between the new apartment owners and the real estate.

Bole Atlas was a successful and major project to the real estate. The project is actually delivered earlier than the promised date. It's a 10 storey high luxury apartments building that was constructed and completed within only two years. It has great features and amenities including an underground parking lot, a gym, a clubhouse, an automatic generator, elevators and an open terrace. It has 3 households per floor with amazing views of the city.

The ceremony was held right in the same building where the new apartment owners were present. Aside from the owners, employees of the company and other esteemed guests had attended the ceremony. The entire ceremony had been documented by EBS TV and aired on their Ethio Business show.
